I teach a gentle flow style with some fun challenges, and maybe a twist of yin, with relaxation time too.
Come along in some comfortable clothing and do bring your own mat and props that you may have.
You may want to bring some water with you, but if you’re able to it’s always best to be hydrated before class. It’s also really important to keep hydrated afterwards!
Yoga classes and workshops are generally in Newmarket yoga studio with a weekly live zoom class. Please check when booking on location.
Also offering 1-1 session either in studio or in your home, please enquire for this.
Due to the current pandemic, there are extra precautions.
- Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell at all, or have any symptoms.
- Please bring the correct money, and ideally no small change
- Please use hand sanitiser at the entrance
- Please leave as much as you can in your cars – the less stuff in the studio, the better!
- Please arrive 5 minutes before the class is due to start
- I am currently unable to lend out props or mats, so please make sure you remember your own
The studio will be cleaned and class size will be limited to 9 people to maintain a good distance.
There will still be an online Zoom class on Saturday mornings. Please book on as usual by viewing my calendar.

All sessions are £8, apart from online classes which are £7. A 10 class pass is available for £70, and this can be used for both in-person and online classes.

Headstand Workshop – Sunday 4th July 10.30-11.30am
This will be a small group where we will learn some foundations on how to lift to headstand. It will be fun, no expectation and it’s ok even if you can not yet do this.
Please book as im keeping this as a small group £10 per person.
Nurture and nourish retreat – Friday 29th 4pm- Sunday 31st October 4pm
Join Ying and Vicky (girl with a gong) for 2 Nights stay at a organic eco sanctuary in 21 acres of nature, Norfolk, West Lexham.
The weekend is about rebalancing and reconnecting to your soul with yoga, breathwork, meditation, gongbaths and walks in nature and soulful chats around the fire pit with like minded people.
With the focus being self care and nurturing, you can do as much or as little as you wish. There is no judgement here, everyone is welcome, even if you just coming to relax and unwind or to have some fun.
Maybe your just coming for the nature and your brave enough to take a dip in the lake to really connect back to this, invigorating your soul. Please make sure you have something to wrap up afterwards if your taking the plunge.
As we will be feeding our souls with nourishing delicous wholesome organic foods and drinks, we will also give you some tools to help you shine your light bright with confidence, allowing you to let go of limiting self beliefs and take control back by accessing your own wisdom.
Rooms are based on sharing with double, twin or triplets. Price is all inclusive for the weekend. It’s £390. per person with £195. deposit and the rest 9 weeks prior the retreat. (refunds will only be given if we can refill your spot) If the retreat is cancelled due to Covid you will receive a full refund.
