I teach a gentle flow style with some fun challenges, and maybe a twist of yin, with relaxation time too.
Come along in some comfortable clothing and do bring your own mat and props that you may have.
You may want to bring some water with you, but if you’re able to it’s always best to be hydrated before class. It’s also really important to keep hydrated afterwards!
Yoga classes and workshops are generally in Newmarket yoga studio with a weekly live zoom class. Please check when booking on location. 1-1 can be arranged by getting in touch, there is also workshops and events that could be happening so join the mailing list for updates.


Due to the current pandemic, there are extra precautions.
- Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell at all, or have any symptoms or been in contact with anyone!
- Please use hand sanitiser at the entrance
- Please leave as much as you can in your cars – the less stuff in the studio, the better!
- Please arrive 5 minutes before the class is due to start
- I am currently unable to lend out mats, so please make sure you remember your own, also liforme mats are available to purchase
The studio will be cleaned and class size will be limited to maintain a good distance.

All Newmaket sessions are £9.50 A 10 class pass is available for £85.50 which is valid for 3 months.
Please note there is a 48 hour cancellation policy, otherwise you will be charged for the class/workshop.
Tuesday – 6.30-7.45pm ( ladies only, small garden studio – Soham. Location on booking)
All Soham sessions £13.
48 hour cancellation policy is the same as Newmarket studio.
