Yoga creates space and freedom in the body. I’m here to help others find that magical space and freedom within themselves.

Practised in light-hearted, safe environment, you can enjoy exploring at your own pace, allowing and just being to listen to the body and oneself to create space in the entire body.

As we move through the poses/ asanas we allow the energy within to move out of stagnation, helping to release toxins.

Everybody is welcome, whether you want to come along for fun, strength, support, or just to try it out!
