Mindful breathing

How the breath is underrated…… We live in this place of heightened sensory with more added stress. A need to always doing then being in a place of unconsciously not knowing.

Most of us shallow breath and possibly hold our breaths. Just sit and observe how you breath, from a place of awareness with no judgment or criticism.

Allowing your breath to flow freely in through your nose and out through your nose if possible…. How is it for you?

Can you feel the air travelling in your nostrils with your inhalation and travelling out with your exhalation.

As the breath comes in through your nostrils in to your chest and down to your lungs, then leaves your lungs up your chest out through your nostrils.

Does the air feel warmer on you inhale, or on your exhale? Are you using one nostril predominantly more than the other?

Just observing, a place of awareness for a few moments longer….. mindfully watching, feeling how your breath is for you, no right, no wrong.

Allowing yourself to be more present, feeling calmer now….. minds clearer and just breath.
