Weekend away…

2 nights stay in a organic eco sanctuary, immersed in nature to gain clarity.

Fresh organic food catered for you to nourish your body.

Along with yoga, meditation, gong baths and much more to nurture your soul.

The 21 acres of land with a lake to walk around or swim in. A fire pit chat in the evening with like minded people, maybe a cup of cacao or some toasted marshmallows to indulge in.

Come along to relax and bring a book if you fancy, or taking part in it all. It’s your weekend to do as much or as little…

Everyone is welcome, you do not have to of participated in any of this before as we are here to support all abilities. Just come with an open mind and be yourself.

Friday 29th October 4pm till Sunday 31st October 4pm. The price includes all food, drinks, accommodation and all out services for the weekend. Rooms are based on sharing. Double, twin, triplet.

For an amazing deal of £390. Per person, deposit of £195. To book, the remaining 9 weeks prior the retreat. The deposit is non refundable unless we can refill your space. In case your thinking what happens if we have to go in to lockdown again? Not to worry, you will get a full refund if that happens.

Mindful breathing

How the breath is underrated…… We live in this place of heightened sensory with more added stress. A need to always doing then being in a place of unconsciously not knowing.

Most of us shallow breath and possibly hold our breaths. Just sit and observe how you breath, from a place of awareness with no judgment or criticism.

Allowing your breath to flow freely in through your nose and out through your nose if possible…. How is it for you?

Can you feel the air travelling in your nostrils with your inhalation and travelling out with your exhalation.

As the breath comes in through your nostrils in to your chest and down to your lungs, then leaves your lungs up your chest out through your nostrils.

Does the air feel warmer on you inhale, or on your exhale? Are you using one nostril predominantly more than the other?

Just observing, a place of awareness for a few moments longer….. mindfully watching, feeling how your breath is for you, no right, no wrong.

Allowing yourself to be more present, feeling calmer now….. minds clearer and just breath.

Zen out….

Feeling overwhelmed…. like your struggling to stay afloat, stressed, distracted or unworthy?

Wanting to find some focus in a kind meaningful way. Just recognising, being aware having awareness is the key.

Start to gently and slowly breathe deeply, clearing the mind, resetting ourselves and calming the nervous system.

Having the attention to our breath allowing us to remind ourselves of the space we can create and the freedom in our hearts. just breathe…..

Clearing the space allows us to set our intentions from a strengthen heart authentically. Freeing ourselves from this anxiety of what was to the freedom of what will be…..

By trusting the process and just be. Sitting quietly and breathe. Bring your awareness back to your breath.

Men and flexibility…..

I saw a post about a dad doing yoga and how with determination over time he ended up being able to touch his toes.

I know that’s not what yoga is about, but when you see a happy face as somebody becomes more subtle than they thought they could be? For me, that happy face is what yoga is about for, especially when their practice has not been about ego.

It happened in my class recently with a university student. At the end  he happily came up to and proudly told me that he touched his toes today. To profound moment was amazing to see.

Sending your life force breath in to every part of your body helps give the ability to move how ever small or big your movements are .

Once your mind is focused wth awarness of your breath, anything can happen, from consistent and fluid stretching, to strengthening with a mindful pratice,and everything inbetween.

This can happen for anyone its just about your breath. So Breathe.
