How does a weekend of just purely dedicated to You sound? I know….. perfect, so why not? Your worth it!

Join myself and Vicky (girl with a gong) for a wellness, self care and nourishing time. We will support you, guide you on a journey to lighten your load of all your everyday stresses and things that could hold you back.

Allow your bright light to shine, we give you the tools and hold your hand throughout this weekend and beyond. Feeding the soul the right foods and information….. Find clarity and confidence in yourself again, the perfect you as you are.

There is no judgment or circumstance here with us, everyone is welcome! Even if your coming just to relax or have fun maybe even a swim in the lake, connecting back to nature…..

A fire pit circle of love, who knows what this weekend will entail? Yoga, meditation, gong baths and much more…. Just know you will feel rejuvenated when you leave.

Feeling overwhelmed…. like your struggling to stay afloat, stressed, distracted or unworthy?

Wanting to find some focus in a kind meaningful way. Just recognising, being aware having awareness is the key.

Start to gently and slowly breathe deeply, clearing the mind, resetting ourselves and calming the nervous system.

Having the attention to our breath allowing us to remind ourselves of the space we can create and the freedom in our hearts. just breathe…..

Clearing the space allows us to set our intentions from a strengthen heart authentically. Freeing ourselves from this anxiety of what was to the freedom of what will be…..

By trusting the process and just be. Sitting quietly and breathe. Bring your awareness back to your breath.
